    My husband was referred by Dr to see a dematologist privately and Spire rang and confirmed an appointment to see Professor Walton on 24th April. We didn't receive any confirmation in writing at all. When we arrived at the Anlaby hospital site we were told we should have gone to the Hesslewood site.The receptionist gave us some garbled instructions and then said to my husband, were you listening? I asked her for the post code and she said you'll have to hurry up. The site was difficult to find even with the post code! We have now been given another appointment and the appointment card we have been given only shows the Anlaby Hospital site, not the Hesslewood site. I must say we have no complaints with regard to Professor Walton and the nursing staff, as they were excellent. But I think the administration need to improve their communication skills.

    Can't say I recommend this private hospital Dismissed by the consultant and screamed at and told I'm the leading consultant in hull when I questioned about my scan which he had wrong and couldn't retrieve my others Reception staff are lovely and so are those who do xray will have to pay for another consultation now all about money

    My sister attended this hospital to see a doctor about the condition of her foot she can't walk properly because it's so deformed and very painful she also as knee problems and was told she needed surgery .After being called in to see the doctor she had a bit of a walk to get to his office for anyone with normal knee's and feet this would have been no problem but because of my sister condition its a struggle and she gets out of breath easily because she suffers with COPD entering the room she was asked by the doctor why she was out of breath so she explained that because of her other problems and her knees its a struggle for her to be told by the doctor that you don't breath with your knees !! After that this doctor told my sister that he was going to contact her doctor to let them know that she doesn't need any surgery on her knees even though he didn't even see or take an x-ray and he didn't think it was worth it to do anything about her foot because it would take around 3 months for it to heal for him maybe it isn't but for my sister it is .my sister came home crying and now she is so depressed I can't believe or understand why anyone would look at my sister and then decide she doesn't need any help
