AVOID THIS COMPANY!! We used raydaw to certify our HMO property back in 2021. Paid for his service, went on advice that we needed fire extinguishers everywhere in the property - only to find this year, another company recommended avoiding this for health and safety reasons. Raydaw then DID NOT send the fire safety certificates and when we called a few weeks ago, they told us “oh, they’re in the archive now - I’m not going through all that” and denied never sending them in the first place and accused us of not paying the bill. He then put the phone down on us and BLOCKED OUR NUMBER so we called on another phone - to which he blocked when he realised who was ringing. Extraordinarily unprofessional. AVOID FOR FUTURE DISAPPOINTMENTS
