    After spending a hell of a lot for a service (at another garden machinery outfit for a ride on mower (cost more than a car service)) tried here when I figured the carburettor had packed it in. They were polite, quick and attentive, the mower was repaired and the communication when a part needed to be ordered was good. Will use them this year for the mower service.

    Very bad experience at Turner's Hill branch. I have been servicing my lawn mower with them for the last 4 years. The last service included changing the belt. On running the mower, within a minute I could smell burning rubber and see black smoke. I contacted them and was advised to run the mower for another 5 minutes, but the problem persisted. The mower was taken back and the belt replaced. I was charged again for the belt( just the labour cost was waived off). This time the mower worked without any problems. I can only assume that it was not tested properly the first time, resulting in me having to pay again for the belt along with collection and delivery There was no response to my complaint for more than a month and now they are trying to turn this into a sales opportunity by telling me I should go for a new one. Very unsympathetic to customer complaints.
