    My Husband and I popped into Ray Chapman late in the day on Monday to see if we could test drive an XC60 as we had to make a decision between this and another car from a different dealer. Tom is a credit to the team at Ray Chapman. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional.     Whilst away from home I had a ‘Start/Stop Service Required’ message pop up and decided to speak with Ray Chapman Volvo York and my local dealer. I decided to use the York dealership and have been very impressed from initial call, dropping the car off, courtesy of the staff and collecting; additionally the price quoted was much better and the drive after collecting was amazing. Not sure what they did but the car feels much more responsive, the automatic gear changes are faster and slicker and the car feel amazing. Many thanks for sorting and I’m happy to recommend.

    I never do reviews, however on this occasion they deserve a mention.I took my xc40 for service and mot. Excellent from start to finish, i asked if they could have my car ready for 2:30pm which they did. I also told them about a chrome trim missing they sourced one replaced with no charge.There seems to be nothing that is too much trouble and also a friendly atmosphere all round, thankyou Andy and Nigel
