I was served with jasmine and Tom r in the camden branch who were both excellent. Jasmine gave useful, honest and insightful feedback for our sunglasses choices and offered different ways of making our situation as cost effective as possible. She was also very patient with us as both my wife and i tried on multiple styles which much have taken up a lot of her time. Tom also educated us about the in and outs of the sunglass industry without putting pressure on us to purchase. We initially thought we had not been issued a receipt but after return to the shop offered receipt but they were able recruit help from team members to provide us with a copy receipt. Once we arrived home we realised that we actually had been issued a receipt at the first time of purchase, much to our embarassment. Service was fantastic and significantly more enjoyable that internet shopping or the ones i have experienced at other high end department stores.
