Prices are low which attracted me to rawstone. Thats due to the fact that their old beaten up poorly maintained machinery can barely handle the task theyre supposed to. Then the rude incapable management try to bill you for things that were already faulty. Avoid this company

On Monday I provisionally booked a digger, dumper and roller for the weekend because I have 36tonne of type one being delivered. Was to call on Thursday and pay the deposit or I’d be contacted on Thursday to pay deposit. I called on Thursday morning to pay the deposit and they had booked out the machinery I had already booked! I was told “we have plant in and our all day, I can’t hold onto the plant you provisionally booked” If I could give 0 starts I would. Do not use if you are in need of a reliable plant hire company.

Shocking company ripping off honest people. The company came out to measure up and survey for a lift needed at a church renovation which was being completed cheaply for the parish. After supplying the wrong machine rawstone have had the audacity to take over £300 from our deposit even though they havent provided any type of service,other than holding the job up by a day and lost wages for the men on site. DO NOT USE,DISGUSTING COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HEARD IN TWENTY YEARS IN THE TRADE.
