Their products are advertised as one size and then when you actually get them, they are ~half the size you thought you were purchasing. I received a lot of "rubbish explanation" as to why they believe they can advertise one thing and provide another. I even offered to pay for the return of the product and extra cost of replacing with a substitute, but that was met with, "You've opened the box and although we've used a delivery service that doesn't guarantee its health status, we believe you have prejudiced the health of this product because you took out one of 300 units to look at its size!!!" A complete lack of transparency from this company and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them to anyone. Plenty other companies out there. I would NEVER use them again and don't recommend them to anyone!

I have used RawPac and (and Dorrigo formerly) for several years now and find their service first class and prices competitive. Steve Harris gives me a heads up on promotions and always strives to get the best deals for me. I would recommend their products, esp the Vegware Salad Boxes (fully compostable).

Really poor service. Delivery took 16 days to come when they advertise a maximum of 10 days. Sales Manager was most unhelpful when querying the delivery time and charges paid. Didn't do anything to help the issue. On the website it offers free delivery for orders over £100 - I paid over £200 and was told I had to pay delivery and even though my delivery was late, I was not offered a refund of my delivery nor a gesture of good will. Personally, I wouldn't use these guys again - very unreliable, not helpful and not transparent when dealing with.

Delivery is £8+ but it's not next day. Products show in stock but are not in stock. Offered a differing product which arrived 5 days after my order was completed. Product was damaged and had to be resealed by the courier. SHOP ELSEWHERE
