Efficient and timely appointment. However after having an extended eye test I was told that the extra cost would be reimbursed if I took out a payment plan. When I returned a couple of days later I was told that this offer was only valid on the day of the test. I then visited the Winchester branch later the same day to be told that the reimbursement they give would have been honoured for a pup to a month. I am therefore disappointed at the different stance taken by the Stockbridge branch.
