Spoke to Nina at Doncaster branch. Very condescending and rude. Would not recommend - such a shame.

We visited Porcelanosa Doncaster to browse bathrooms last year. We were given time and expert knowledge by Liam Bradley from the offset. As our bathroom planning progressed Liam made sure we were happy with the products and layout and was clear about timescales and costs. Nothing was too much trouble for him inc a home visit. We definitely felt he made the whole process easy for us and a pleasure. The end results are amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Porcelanosa for the fantastic experience and help, and for the beautiful products that they use.

My experience from booking an appointment to visiting the Doncaster store has been brilliant. Liam Bradley made me feel welcome, talked me through the designs, the quality and my requirements. Very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, nothing too much trouble. My order has now been placed and I look forward to it being installed. Christine. Pocklington

I have waited a few months before writing this. What I would say to any prospective customers, there is a reason why a high end retailer only gets 4.1 out of 5. You cannot knock the product, but the customer service is the absolute worst. The area manager (Daniel Conde) wouldn't even speak to me, I was trying for several months and now I write this. My order was short of tile edging and was quite specific, I was told that if I wanted the shortfall I could go to Edinburgh to collect myself as Porcelenosa would not pay for delivery as the product could break in transit! The designer ordered too many tiles, they offered to take them back with a 25% admin fee. I was intending to spend at least another £15k on two small bathrooms but that didn't seem to make a difference to Daniel with comments such as "it's not about follow up business". If I was reading this review I would find it difficult to believe, but believe me, purchase at your own risk and read the other reviews.

We spent over 15k on a new bathroom and they designed it for us too. They put the order in & when it came to fitting it, we found that out of the 4 trims needed, we only had 3 - so no good without the 4th. Apparently there was another 1 in Pocelanosa but in Scotland & we were told we would have to go up & get it ourselves (from S Yorkshire). To that we said no way, we're returning them. We were assured of a refund (around 1k) but would need a sign-off from the GM....who said NO. To me this is poor customer service. Clearly the GM hasn't yet come across customer satisfaction or doesn't know how to do his job or value returning custom. As such, we were going to do 2 other bathrooms with Porcelanosa spending about £15k, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I wanted the same tiles as in the display at one of the showrooms and the manager ended up ordering the correct floor tiles but the wrong wall tiles. £3200 worth of wrong tiles for 2 large bathrooms. They were a similar name, but porcelain (more expensive) instead of ceramic and they did not match the floor as they were a different finish. Not what I wanted. But only evident once they were up as lighting can change how it appears. My tiler did install some of the wrong tiles already, and now he has to take them down at additional cost to me. The aftersales department (NW/Yorkshire - regional manager) have refused a refund despite the showroom manager admitting ordering the wrong ones. Their reason is the tile boxes have been opened. Well, how else would my tiler get the tiles up to my bathroom to lay them. They are large heavy tiles and impossible to carry still boxed. I know mistakes can happen, but for a company not to take responsibility and at least they should swap them for the correct tiles. But they are not giving me anything back! I would not use them ever again, even though I have spent over £15k in this order. They really don't care. Any special order tiles, are non refundable once delivered. Even if ordered wrong by their own manager!!! Disgusting behaviour by the aftersales department!

I reached out to the Doncaster branch looking for some tiles that I suspected had been discontinued. I had tried other branches, but luckily, I was saved by Ana Allen, who was able to track down some left over boxes for me in the warehouse. I was really blown away by how incredibly helpful she was. She went over and beyond in ensuring that I received the tiles in time for the builders renovating our family bathroom. The builders had suggested that we take out the existing tiles and get a different design, which would have cost us a lot more. I wish there was a 10 stars rating here, because that is what Ana really deserves. If you are reading this Ana, thank you :)

I’ve been dealing with Liam Webb at Porcelanosa in Doncaster for a full bathroom renovation and he has been an absolute superstar to deal with. When I first spoke to him he talked me through a number of options and showed me everything I wanted to see. He also offered to design the bathroom for me. I took him up on the offer and he sent me 3D renderings of two different bathrooms I was interested in. I had a few more visits after this time until I decided if I was going to order from Porcelanosa or go elsewhere. Not a single time did I feel any pressure to buy or speed up my decision. It simply felt as though a friend was helping me out. When I decided to buy, I went back in, maybe for the fourth or fifth time and Liam went through the options again and gave me quotes for 4 different toilets as I couldn’t decide which one to go with. Liam also informed me that the lead times for delivery had increased since our previous conversation due to lorry driver strikes in Spain and he informed me that couldn’t really give an accurate indication of when I’ll have my order, but could simply notify me as to what he was being told from Spain. At no point did he try to sell me anything or make false promises about lead times. I did order from Porcelanosa and took delivery within the timescale Liam provided, and I’m pleased to say that the items look even better here at my house than I remember them at the store. I have no idea on the quality of any of these as I have no way of knowing, but they look very nice, and I’m sure my fitter will let me know either way once he starts some time late this week or early next week. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received from Liam at Porcelanosa in Doncaster.
