Absolutely disgusting food dont know what customer satisfaction means !!! Used to order takeaways ages ago and then the food was okay but still these guys mess your order up, but now even dining in is disgusting for the price you have to pay for a meal no way never again, that food aint worth that price, uts over powered with too much salt enough to bring your blood pressure up, its got no taste what so ever, been once messed my order up, again and again they always get it wrong and when you complain they say sorry wel take it in to sort it out for you but every time they do that it just gets worse and worse, please honestly I wouldn't go there at all, when I was there all I heard was complaints from the 2 table that were sat there, they don't even give you a refund or discount for the mess up they do, its just bad sorry to say but this place is a 0 STAR

ALERT! Avoid this place! It should deserve 0 stars. The food was really bad. The grill was way too salty and it wasn't fresh at all. The chicken donner which I ordered with fries was just pieces of cut up chicken. It was really just a waste of money.

I normally order from Rawal and it's good. This time I ordered for collection and the food was appalling. The chips in the Chinese styled wings and chips were raw. Insted of chicken donner I got served cut up pieces of chicken with tandoori masala. For the mixed grill, there was little to no food in the box and the tiny pieces were not even good. If you're planning on going there, just try any other store on Leeds road.

My kids have been throwing up and been sick all night and have severe stomach cramps because these rats have no idea about hygiene. I will be taking this to the food inspection agency and hopefully they get closed down or prosecuted.
