I have been able to cut down taking pain relief and even though my legs are still stiff, walking is less painful too. Rachel's massages are very light and they make such a difference to the swelling and the pain. I would thoroughly recommend her, she is great.

Rachael is so knowledgeable and really welcoming making me feel at ease straight away. The massage itself is really light but the effects are just amazing!! I can’t recommend her highly enough and will be keeping up with this and I’m sure many other treatments. Honestly if you read up about lymphatics it can help in so many ways!
