We were delighted to find Raw Press yesterday for some lunch. The lady behind the till explained they had run out of bagels but could sell us toast. She was friendly and pleasant. We paid 27 pounds for two toasts and two juices and sat outside to wait for our lunch. The seating area outside is pleasant and we drank our drinks. I was concerned when no food appeared after ten minutes and went inside. Could not catch the eye of the woman behind the till and so asked the woman who was making food how long our order would be. Dismissively she said oh we ran out of food she needs to give you a discount. I said were you planning on telling us? The woman behind the till was apologetic but the woman making the food was rude. It felt as though there was a complete breakdown of communication between them and it was incredibly disorganised. We got a refund and left. A disappointing experience.

Very nice plant based menu! The matcha iced latte was so rich in flavour and had a very nice texture. I recommend the cocoa for now açai bowl. The staff was kind and the owner was really nice and friendly!
