I’d been looking for an M2 for a while, I mad and a couple enquiries on a few I’d seen but I wasn’t being taken seriously or was dealing with salesman with attitude that really put me off. I stumbled across RavensWood Performance and with in 2-3 minutes after enquiring that I was interested, James replied and nothing I asked was too much bother for him. He answered everything I needed to know (there was a lot) and text me until silly o’clock to help me make the right choice. He really looked after me and wasn’t pushy in the slightest, and made it feel like he was more of a friend than a salesman. The service I got from James was next to none and he has now gained a customer for life despite being over 2.5 hour drive. He is a man of his promise and for filled everything he said he would and more! Would highly recommend to anyone as he made everything so stress free and such an easy experience and then went above and beyond. If you want next level service, James is your man! Fantastic. James could not have been easier to deal with or more accommodating. Honest and straightforward. Perfectly happy for me to organise a full pre payment inspection. Car was serviced prior to sale a minor cosmetic issue addressed. Even filled it up with fuel prior to handing over the keys, without request. Finally, found a dealer for my Porsche for a part-ex at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Right from the word go James at Ravenswood Performance was a pleasure to deal with. Living at the opposite end of the country made it incredibly difficult to see the vehicle in person, but James was more than happy to send pictures and videos to allay any fears I had of buying long distance. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He answered all of my questions and queries without hesitation, and went true extra mile to make sure the whole process was seamless and that I was confident in my purchase. My new BMW M2 was delivered a few days ago and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It’s better than I imagined and James was right when he said he only sells the best examples. I will definitely be keeping a keen eye on the Ravenswood Performance website to see what comes up for sale in the future, as I’d love to be able to buy my next car from James!

What a great garage! I’ve been after m135i for more than 8 months, but a very specific one … didn’t think I was going to find it until I came across the description of this advertisement on auto trader that just fitted in everything I wanted. No photos yet so James was kind enough to send me 3 video and the photos when I asked for more details. By that point I knew that was the one!!! I decided to go ahead with everything without testing the car just because I was so afraid of someone else getting it. James was a massive help all the way through, kept me up to date with everything, he just lets his cars speak for themselves and he wasn’t pushy with trying to sell anything. Once the finance was done he organised the delivery within a day, so I received my car at work, where it was convenient for me. Simon was the person who delivered the car for me and he seemed very reliable and sensible. I’m already telling everyone at my work about Ravenswood performance how great it was and I will definitely be back one day for my next exiting purchase.
