Hello. In my opinion, mental health care is at a good level. Interview with the attending doctor, employees, psychologist, psychotherapist They work professionally in this field. Worse is the food is unhealthy, most foods are fried and hard to digest, there is a lack of healthy, cooked food and vegetables. Physical health care is the worst here I am very dissatisfied. Doctors are incompetent and have little knowledge about proper treatment, lack of professionalism. Doctor rating on a scale of 0 to 10 For me it's 0 I'm very disappointed. I hope things change for the better after this review.

My step brother was given the wrong medication on 3 different days, we was meant to be on 15 minute observations, medical notes missing, his behaviour not documented. The night he killed his self, no one on duty was first aid trained and no staff cartied out regular checks on him He shouldnt of been able to hang himself, staff failed him! Years may pass but we will never foreget what they did or didnt do for him!

As a former guest at Ravenswood after ten years to get over the experience thankfully I'm worse than ever , just don't cost the tax payer £500 a day. Good news drug discrepancies behind the counter are improving after inspection reports. Mark Austen Samuel

Was waiting for a family member visit outside while seeing a member of staff Mr. Harries behaving inappropriately with a much younger red headed lady in his car and being quite crude. Not what i would expect from a manager let alone a professional.

No good! Good location hospital is alright but the staff aren't helpful at all. I won't recommend it to anyone involved with methadone or illegal highs. Once you get in you will be in endless trap!!!

Ravenswood houses good hospital however they tend to get a bit of funny when you choose to have a relationship with a HCA. I was there for a number of years and I had a relationship with a HCA and instead of helping me move forward and progress out they put me back years and palm me off to another place. I can't say I was not disappointed it was nice to get away from all the drugs and the herbal highs that were being sold. This hospital does not help people like me all the people in it. They couldn't even help my friend in Marcy who killed himself in the hospital. Sarah goldsmith the social worker wasn't absolute joke who was absolutely rubbish at safeguarding us so cool vulnerable adults. The whole place is a joke.
