We had our car Mokka break down near Basingstoke and Paul from Ravenscroft attended us after we called AA Roadside assistance. He has been very helpful in diagnosing the issue in the car and trying to find a workshop for us. Though he couldn’t find a workshop being this incident on a Sunday evening he was very helpful and professional in getting the car to safety by towing to my friends place. I would have wished to get my car fixed by this service centre after seeing Paul’s work. Thanks to him and Ravenscroft.
