Just purchased and had delivered a rather special Mercedes. I had been looking for one with this specification for several months and then this particular car became available. The biggest snag was the distance. Edinburgh is a long way away and whilst years ago wouldn't have batted an eyelid at tackling the journey. I was sent boundless photographs and video of the car in question, video report from Mercedes and all the documentation one could ever ask for. In parallel a Mercedes dealership was trying to entice me with their car. The personal video they sent me showed three kerbed alloys, bodywork scars to the front and rear with the promise that it would be made good prior to purchasing. Not what you would expect from a Mercedes dealership! What a transformation in customer relations dealing with Bob Ravenscroft. Complete honesty, transparency and integrity. I can see how the garage scores so highly on customer feedback. After organising a single unit transporter the vehicle was given yet another inspection and video by Bob and the delivery company, UK Vehicle Transport. It arrived in Edinburgh totally as described and delighted. Bob kept in touch constantly to check on the vehicle delivery schedule and wanted to know immediately it arrived and my thoughts. Five stars all the way and a great pleasure in doing business.
