Prior to a new tenant moving in Ravens worked on the property next to ours. When removing a makeshift lean to structure that was fixed to their fence the contractors broke the fence between the two properties. Trying to get them to fix this has been a joke, they take no responsibility for the actions of their subcontractors and told me it was down to the tenant. That's funny as when they broke this there was no tenant currently living in the house, also what a nice thing to do to stiff your new tenant with a bill to fix something that Ravens own contractors broke. That's nice what a thoughtful company. Edit from reply, Perhaps you would like to look at and actually read the many emails I have already sent to the ravens email address. But yes I will send yet another email to yourselves.

Need a replacement fluorescent tube for kitchen, most web stores are showing as discontinued as LED have replaced over last 5-7 years. Called Raven for advice what to do/where to purchase - was told they buy Wholesale at Buildbase - very helpful as I dont have an account there. Lady that answered was helpful enough but hands tied - so we are left in dark (literally) whilst we try to locate these antiquated strip lights - Raven should supply (I dont mind paying) or updating fittings in their properties to bring into 21st Century.

Kitchen light switches itself off a minute after switching on, tried to call raven at 3.55 to report dangerous situation as I was handling a boiling hot kettle when plunged into darkness last night. Got immediate response sorry the office is closed, no way to leave a recorded message. Evidently everything is done on the Web which owing to stroke disabilities I find difficult to do. Glad I'm moving to private tenancy with a landlord I can trust I.e my daughter.

pretty decent as a landlord - normally sort out issues within their own given agendas. I've had a few issues over the years, and have to say, for the most part, they have been good.
