Can’t put a 0 but they deserve it, asked to a member at the reception to cancel my membership in march (when half of the gym was closed for undefined amount of time, but still same price and same amount of people…) they told me it was done, and now I realise I paid every month but the payement were not showing on my accounts I had to dig out to find this out.

I've been using the pool daily. It's an outstanding resource. Booking is easy through the app, which has been regularly updated based on user feedback (or can be done over the phone if you don't like apps). The changing area is approx 20 cubicles, 2 of which are double size family rooms, plus a completely separate team/school changing zone. There's also 8 individual cubicles with showers, as well as multiple showers by the pool for rinsing off before a swim. The whole place is spotless and cleaners are conspicuous in their constant presence keeping it that way. The lockers are spacious and don't require coins (a much appreciated simplification). There's also a large mirrored area with multiple hair dryers that blow hot and cold. Update 1: Hairdryers were removed from the pool changing rooms several months ago (it looked like kids had yanked them too hard causing them to be an electrical risk). These are yet to be replaced. Update 2: SwimTag is now available for all swimmers, recording and analyzing each swim session without the need to buy an expensive sports watch.
