Very disappointed Failure of the covers after 18 months, but only a one year warranty Apparently they are unable to do anything about is as they only offer short warranties so they can sell "great quality products" To be honest the covers leaked within the first summer so not surprised they failed quickly We will not be going back to them

Can't order replacement cushions for sofas that were gifted to me as apparently I need the original order number for sofas I didn't buy! Glad they have said this because it led me to reading the horrific google reviews of the company.

Didn’t delivery when promised on my chosen day (which I was at home for) and no contact was made. Item was a Xmas gift for my husband. They then delivered it a random day when I wasn’t in so my husband received it, the box has printed in large black letters what’s inside so he knows what he’s got for Xmas! Disappointing service!

If you want a decent rattan set that will last DON’T buy from them. I thought I was buying a good quality set comprising of 2 chairs a coffee table and a sofa. It came with a 5 yr warranty. What wasn't said was that the warranty only covers the frame. After 4 years the rattan on my sofa has broken and as the base of the sofa has collapsed I cannot now use it. I spent £900 and Rattan Direct can't even recommend a repair service. They don't care about customer service so don't waste your money

I ordered a Florida set with trepidation given the reviews. I am pleased I chose to overlook some of the poor reviews. It did take Rattan a week to process the order, but then the order was delivered 5 days later, all complete and undamaged. It looks the dogs, and is great value for money. We had to cable tie the sections underneath to stop them drifting apart, but an easy modification to make. My wife, the dogs and the cat love it.

Very disappointed with this company. Luckily we haven’t parted with any money but, having sent three emails about an item we are interested in, no reply whatsoever. Also don’t try & apply discount codes which by the way they provide. It won’t accept them. Do not bother with this company. I should have read the reviews first ☹️

Sent a mix of leftover parts that in no way go together!!! 4 chairs arrived Friday, the second box was delivered Monday! A replacement table base arrived 2 weeks after the rest, took over 2 hours to fit with my experience, would not advise trying this if you are not handy with tools.
