Mr N Brown and Mr B Armatige. Clever con men! They operate under this name and Check Challenge Appeal. Nick is a Smooth talker. He will promise you the world for nothing. They do next to no work, 22 minuets to do a survey and then tell us its £1500? Really? Insane. Mr B Armatige has a temper on him too. I hope I just save a few people from these cow boys. You can do it yourself, your local valuation office will work with you!

Do not go near these people!!!!! They conned me out of my money, they lie, they are fraudsters and are illegally using rate office headed paper to try to make you believe they have been in touch with the valuation office to get you a reduction, On checking the valuation office had not had any communication from them whatsoever yet I have a copy of the illegal letter in my posession, the only thing they do is spend and enjoy your hard earned cash, I hate the fact I have to breathe the same air as them.

Careful Phoned the office last week, to ask for my near £1k back.I was defrauded nearly 2 years ago now. Got a lot of abuse. Not surprised. Whatever good reports you read on here, need to be balanced against the vast numbers of accusations of theft further back.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE. They will promise you big reductions and it's only to get you to sign up. Once you're signed up they will threaten you with court action if you object to any part of their service. They keep the duration of the contract quiet, but you're tied into repeated reviews of business rates in the future with ongoing fees. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Their telephone manner is very hard and aggressive. Staff are very threatening. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! P.S. If they threaten you with legal action, just ignore them. I've googled a LOT of people discussing RRS and they threaten court action but never do it. People are taking them to court for poor service!! Please "like" this review if you have had a bad experience with this company.

I've tried to leave reviews before but this time I will go to court and prove to the courts what damage this company did to my business. Don't become a victim!!
