The best massage in London. In fact the best I've had anywhere, and at very reasonable prices. Very professional, skilled at finding those knots and tensions (which I tend to get after doing sports). Note that they are now at a new address, in Melcombe Street and no longer Edgware Road. Still the same business though. Highly recommended.

I was most pleasantly surprised by a massage experience at this venue. Don't be mistaken by the unassuming doorway. Despite the nondescript entrance, I walked in, only to be welcomed by a tall staircase opening into a rather 'clinic' looking, modest, clean area. I met Anita, who is the Thai massuese. She was lovely, petite and professional. And when she began the massage, I knew she was professionally trained in this form of therapy. She achieved in one hour what many other spas take 90 minutes to do. I opted for deep tissue and the benefits of the massage have kept me going for a long time. I highly recommend Anita at Ratchada Thai Therapy. You will not be let down.

Booked an appointment for 20:00, confirmed over the phone. Texted them in advance to let them know I'm on the way, they confirmed it was fine. Then when I arrived on time they postponed to 20:30. After waiting 30 minutes I got no reply from them. Now it's 20:50 and I'm leaving. What a waste of time, terrible service, weren't very nice on the phone either
