Amazing team! We have just had an enormous tree taken down by the Rapid Tree Care Team. We're on a busy residential street and great care was taken in assessing and planning the work to cause the minimum disruption to all. No messing about from these guys, absolute professionals with outstanding customer service. The job of removing a large tree was wrapped up in no time with the team having all the necessary equipment on site to complete the job in one hit with no mess left behind whatsoever. The price was excellent value & you couldn’t wish for a more polite, friendly, respectful & caring bunch than the crew who did the job including Lee who I dealt with. I came across Rapid Tree Care in search of a company to help me with a large tree and bush removal from my property. I came across these guys and what stood out immediately was their positive and 5 star reviews. I got in contact and spoke with Lee, owner, who was fantastic and jumped on the case straight away. Provided a fair and honest quote, and started the work the following day. I could not fault their work and communication. From start to finish, it was brilliant. I am a Landlord of properties in Liverpool and finding good and reliable trades people are always difficult, so I am really happy to have stumbled across these guys. The lads Keiran & Elliot came out and got rid of the 5 stumps for me they were very good and explained and showed me how deep they were going. Once they were done they tidied everything up for me and you would never have known the stumps had been there, they did a very good job. I will certainly have the lads around again for any other jobs that need doing.

This is as good as customer service gets. First class all the way, from Lee's very reasonable quote to every aspect of the job. The lads were all friendly and polite as they felled and ground down fourteen large trees, with some additional grinding work in the front garden. This was an awkward job with neighbouring outbuildings (some made of glass) potentially at risk but they did it all safely with zero damage (something a previous firm had said would be unlikely). A highly conscientious, professional firm that I can't recommend highly enough. Thanks Lee.
