    Don't deserve one star but no choice, police called them out to board a smashed window after a break in. Bit of ply and a few screws that the next night the same offender managed to unscrew to gain entry again... complete joke avoid. Might as well get a five year old with some celloptape to fix things.

    Called out by police due to DV Installed 2 twist catches on front and back door. Like you get on public toilet doors, COULDNT even change the locks on the doors. Then sent a bill for £312 Rang up to ask about the pricing, and explained it was the police that had arranged this. The police couldn't leave until the door waa secure. And this was all that was done. For that amount. No DV victim should be paying when they couldn't even do their job. Which was to change the locks. The guy didn't even provide a price at the time when asked Absolute joke

    Such a horrendous company to have to do business with. If they ever board up your windows (which you don’t authorise or have any say in them coming out to) they leave it anything but secure (tube of sealant and some OSB board) and the. damage the surrounding window with screws that don’t secure anything in, your left having to replace that too! Absolute joke of a company.

    Police had to break in to a family members house during the day. The police got this company out to fit 2 sash jammers which took the guy 10 minutes to fit and you can buy jammers for around £2 each. Not only was the jammers not fitted properly but they charged me £207. I had the door fixed by a local company who spent 2hrs fixing it replacing the lock and all the locking mechanisms for £140 inc parts (parts cost £75) and he came out the same day ……..Avoid!!!! #westyorkshirepolice

    Disgraceful. Do not use this company…. Firstly I was quoted £500 then got invoice for £780, after speaking with them they dropped price but still more than quoted. Secondly 2 of the pieces of wood that was used to secure the big piece of wood on my window fell off. Rang them to ask could they come out and put it back on? Yeah but we will charge you. Why when it has fell off I asked? Temporary fix they said. Asked to speak to Manager. No one available said the woman. Can you ask someone to ring when they become available. Already told you no one available. Rude and so unhelpful. Take your money then couldn’t care less. Bandits without the masks

    Cowboy company. Wouldn’t even give one star. Police used this company to board my door back up without informing me, I was then hit with an unexpected invoice without any knowledge. Avoid at all costs their customer service is also shocking and they do not care about your circumstances regardless.

    What they do is borderline illegal. Turned upto my property as the police had been called to check on someones welfare. A badly peice of MDF drilled to my door and then sent the bill for 220 quid. Then start hiding behind sections of acts. To force people to pay. I'm the one who won't and fully going the full distance to court. I never authorised you to do anything in MY house. You actually did more damage than good. The two people I've spoke to also appear unhman / completely heartless. Terrible if you need this service.... please call a local family run firm not a tin pot outfit like these horrible people

    Absolutely disgusting! I rang them after having a very serious fire at my property. I was told £150 on the phone, when I checked my credit card statement they charged £300 and there’s another £370 pending. I rang them and they told me a lot of BS. This company needs to be closed down
