    Absolutely useless company. Sent out a soppy lump to fix issue with boiler. He was clueless. Spent most of time searching YouTube. This morning another engineer turns up, who in fairness bothered to check heater tank. Fitted a part that didn't need fitting and now been told we need a power flush due to maintenance issues. Do yourself a favour, AVOID!

    Gas boiler failed and engineers attended as instructed by Esure Insurance. They were very polite and pleasant and managed to get the boiler running. They left saying that I would need to contact Esure again if there were further problems. They mentioned that it was an old boiler and therefore could prove uneconomical to repair if there was much more wrong. Boiler failed again a few hours later. When I called Esure next morning, they said that engineers' report simply said it was uneconomical to repair the boiler, which is not quite the same thing. Now, my policy should cover repairs up to £500 and they were not certain what the problem was when they left, so how did they decide that it was definitely uneconomical to repair? Not happy and have told Esure the same.

    Sadly 100 percent failure. In 2 appointments turned up 2 and half hours late and had to call them. And did turn up at all on the second. Took 2 days off work so lost money too. Cant recommend really.
