    I took my computer in a week and a half ago now for it to be troubleshooted for multiple issues I had been facing when using it playing games on my pc. I was quite worried about this problem as this was my first pc build. Needless to say, Simon did a great job. He was able to get my computer back to me in a short amount of time with no cost attached to it, which I thought was kind and respectful.
