rudest man i've encountered across a shop counter. Came for a gas bottle, tried to interigate me on where i live, where i'm from, telling me i'm not local even though i live less than a mile away. told him i'll go elsewhere but then he reluctantly sold it me. WON'T RETURN

Very rude and poor customer service and scammed me. Sold me used broken equipment in the sealed box. He refused to have it back and refused to refund my money back. I left it on his table, cursed him and left his congested shop.

Arguably the rudest store experience I have ever had in my life. I don't know if it's because of what I look like or what I was looking for. A basic power adaptor for my Texun PL660 radio. At any rate, the adaptor didn't work and the 13 pounds I paid to get a non functioning adaptor (which according to him comes with no warranty) was well worth the price of knowing that I never have to go there ever again, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone I know. Hey, you live you learn. There are other more pleasant stores where they will take your money, give you a functioning product and treat you decently.

Absolutely useless. Went in for basic advice on which nails I needed to use for a heavy picture. Showed him a picture of the clips at the back. Chap was no help whatsoever. Just pointed me to the nails section. What is the point of a dedicated hardware shop if you cannot get basic advice. Girl before me said he was no help either. No wonder these places are going out of business if that's the standard that are about.
