I was interested in their fulfilment service and I talked to Janus. The positive side of the story is that he replied my email and called me for more details. After giving him all details he called me back saying unfortunately they can't help me with this because "you cant afford it". When I asked why would you think I can't pay for your service he listed their fees which haven't been too expensive. He also added that it "would be to expensive for you". I insisted to send me a proposal because WE would like to decide if we can afford something or not. He said sending a proposal "would be waste of your time and my time". I always wondered how a company can be in business who actually want to make a customer go rather then join to their team. It is nothing but slamming the door on money and customer. "Don't come here... you can't pay for this." Outrageous. At the end he hasn't been very interested if we can actually pay for something or not. He made it clear that it is not what I can pay for. He might have been a nice guy this is why I give two stars but his company really needs to reconsider their strategy or get a proper sales person. So because they dont think we can afford it I'll find someone who actually wants to earn money. Sad.

Through the business I work for we deal with several courier companies, we use Rapid Despatch for all our England wide deliveries and I must say they are BY FAR the best of the courier companies we work with. We deal with Paul and Jamie mostly and they are always so friendly, incredibly helpful and honest. We have never had any problems from any of their deliveries and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to try a new courier company.
