My holidays went very well .The return journey from Cochin to Manchester was good until I realised one of my baggage not reached from Abudabi to Manchester Airport. All my holiday mood was gone, and I started thinking of my lost baggage. Finally I approached the lost baggage claim desk and the person on the desk helped me to fill the claim form and reassure me that he will do all necessary action to gain my lost baggage. I have given a brief description of my baggage. Before leaving the airport I have got a phone call from Abudabi airport.says my lost baggage is there ,it was not transported due to broken tag. Mean time I have received email from Manchester airport with reference no and assurance that they will do all necessary steps to regain my luggage . Finally the next day by evening, I have received my baggage at my doorstep. Some items inside the box was not brilliant as it was but I appreciate the Rapid action of the crew members. Well done.

Fantastic communication - emails updating me about my luggage, the driver called to give me an estimated time of delivery. The driver even left the case at my door step, considering the size and weight of the luggage that’s amazing. The driver was nice and friendly as well.
