I was quite nervous at first about getting a tattoo because of the pain but Raph was very welcoming, professional and gentle. I showed him an idea of what I wanted and he took the time to draw a unique design for me which was better than I had thought of! From the receptionist (who was extremely patient with me when booking) to the tattooist my needs were both met and exceeded as the service I received was top tier. They also took the time to explain aftercare and I was able to purchase a tattoo cream from there which smells amazing and has helped my tattoo to heal beautifully !
