AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Renting a property with this agency was a complete nightmare. There was no wifi for the first 3 days of the tenancy and despite my numerous requests, no compensation was received for this. The agency actually LIED and said that this was due to a network failure whereas it was actually down to the fact that they didn't have the wifi password (the router was in a locked room). Was not allowed to keep personal items in the hallways of the property and was told that these items would be removed if I did not keep them in my room. Requests to fix lighting, broken chairs, rusty kitchen equipment and mould were ignored and the cleaning service provided rarely showed up at all. Please avoid this agency if you can, don't make the same mistake that me and many others did.
