I was recommended Ransom and Houghton Solicitors back in 2020 when I moved from Cambridgeshire to Hampshire for work. It was my first home and I had no clue! And being away from the parents I relied a lot on Angelique and Max for my questions as the real estate agents were not so helpful. They were so helpful in that sale that this year when I went to sell my house, even though it was a different estate agents, they were my first port of call. Again, this was my first house sale so they received a barrage of questions again! But luckily they were more than happy to accommodate any queries I had. The service was so good that Max fought for me in the last part of the sale when things were grinding to a halt. Today I have completed and am very happy! I would recommend this company for first time buyers and generally! Will be using them again in future. I wish the team at Ransom and Houghton all the best and will visit when it’s time for me to buy again.

Update: Power of Social Media, they are trying to resolve this quickly. Happy with the change of pace, will update further after we see how long the new solicitor assigned takes. My Great-Aunt passed away 4 years ago and our family is still waiting to receive the final distribution of her estate. Some money was paid out after probate in 2017. Email was sent by a lawyer who no longer works there in 2018 that they were ready to make another payment, but that never happened. Emails go unanswered, my Mother has called several times and Richard keeps saying, oh another 30 days, and nothing changes. Ranson Houghton - what is the issue? I will gladly change my review from 1 star if you review the file and distribute the funds accordingly to the beneficiaries.
