Our dog has been going for around 2 years now, Stuart and Nicolette are always amazing at accommodating our last minute requests, and our dog who can be cheeky at the kindest of descriptions! He always comes home happy and next time we go, can't wait to get out of the car and go into the kennels, so I think he loves it too!

Clean ,well designed and suitable procedures in place for dog care. We visited to see if we wish to use the kennels and that would be later in the year ,so cannot at present rate higher until such time as our dogs would have spent time there and then see how they react to time spent there

My dog has been a regular boarder at Ransley Kennels since he was a pup and is always so excited when he gets out of the car and knows where he is. It makes it so much easier to leave him knowing he is so well looked after and cared for. I wouldn’t use anywhere else!

We went to see Ransley Kennels to ask what was required re booking in. We took our dog a week later for a 3 night stay. We found the people were lovely and professional, kennels ideal and clean, and also a field for long lead walks. We felt the pricing was very reasonable as we could see that they put in all the care you expect looking after your pet. We will be using the kennel again. Brilliant, very happy, as was our dog when he saw us! Thank you!

Ransley Kennels are an amazing boarding service! Both Nic and Stuart are so lovely to our 3 dogs and the dogs are always very happy to see them when we drop them off (too happy sometimes, seems like they need the holiday not us!). We sometimes need last minute bookings and they are always happy to help, nothing is ever too much of a problem. It gives us such piece of mind that when we leave them we know they are being taken care of and are very settled in their company. I'm not sure what we would do without them!

Very disappointed……we were regular clients and just got fed up with this business. Today we called to say we were caught in traffic and running 3 minutes late. On arrival they refused to answer our telephone calls , answer their doorbell and the place was locked up tight! Customer care is clearly not a concern to this business’ own interests. We now have to take another half day from work to collect our dog and travel a further 50 mile round trip to collect her!! Terrible service!

Ist used this place in January as an emergency for a dog due to owner having to be hospitalised Stuart very kindly picked dog up & returned her when owner was home from hospital & although the dog had never been in kennels she thoroughly enjoyed it so last month we put our cat there for week & he enjoyed it too will be using this place from now on
