I would highly recommend Rankins to anyone their jewellery is gorgeous and you’ll be forever getting compliments off people about any of their items. The staff are so kind and friendly they go over and above with anything they can do to help. If you have any questions and send an email or private message you would expect to wait at least 3 days with a reply but with rankins they message back normally within a couple of hours. I had a question about a necklace and when sending a private message Daisy replied and answered everything i needed to know within 10 mins she was professional and very friendly.
