Bought a Kral Jumbo from local RFD which was sent back to RR as leaking, rifle returned with damaged stock, leaking worse and missing parts. Sent back to RR, returned still missing parts and stock not repaired. Rubbish service, 6 weeks plus wait.

Excellent customer service and support. Issues with an air rifle for which they are the distributor. I dealt with them directly rather than through the retailer and the response has been first class. ( thank you Emily!) . I have left the rifle with them and they have promised to check and fully service the rifle and make every effort to resolve the issue.
