I don't recommend these people at all. I applied at JLR last year and I was booked in for my dexterity test. I thought I did good on my test but for some reason they failed me. I was booked in at 10am and I got an email at 10:11am saying that I failed my test but I took us almost 30 mins to walk to the area where they test us so there is no possible way I failed my test while on my way there. A friend who works in the body shop at JLR managed to reach out to the people who carry out the tests confirmed that it was most probably a mistake, I tried emailing and calling randstad to highlight maybe it was a mistake or if I can retake my test but there has been nothing. If anyone knows how to get through to these people please do share.

Absolutely shocking agency, you’ll have better luck getting in touch with Freddy mercury than these answering their phone and when you strike gold and finally get through you get the ‘we are looking into it and will ring you straight back’.

First of they never answer your phone and if you get lucky and they pick up they will tell you someone will call you back about your issue but then that's it no call back or any answer, have pay issues then you will be chasing them to sort them out if so your probably better of going to the office otherwise nothing will be done and regarding emails good luck with a reply (might win lottery before that lol)

I'm sure JLR are not aware of how applicants are treated with ransted Made my application and was informed i was successfully throu to the final stage "congratulations we will assist you all the way " I then was forwarded to a website to complete an online test , which was basic and very easy After that i was told to wait !. 10 days later still no response , so I kept emailing with still no response Very bad customer service
