Warning this company it’s a THIEF STAY AWAY!!! Group of 5 of us ordered a home testing kit and we all done our test and we all dropped the samples at there drop of box and we all got our results later that evening saying it’s unclear to all 5!!!! How can that be at least one of us should come out with a clear result! This is RANDOX way to make you book another on-site testing which cost £££££. Shame on you Randox for ripping off people just because you are not making money anymore as the covid restrictions coming to an end..!!

Was told by our hotel that Randox on 101 Upper Ground Waterloo did not take appointments that it was walk-in only. We walked up from our hotel only to be told we had to have an appointment. They then proceeded to help us make an appointment for while we were already there. The website was acting up but one of the employees sat with us and just kept inputting information until it was all finally accepted. The test was then done immediately. By the time we walked back to our Hotel the results were in. We couldn't have asked for nicer, more helpful staff.

Good experience. I turned up 50 minutes early to my appointment and was seen straight away as there were no queues. I paid for the 12-14 hour PCR and received my results within 1 hour.

I chose this site as I wanted a central London, with the results in a few hours (vs end of day/next day). I was a little concerned having read people's comments about queues - but site location, speed and (comparative) cost won the day. My appointment was 9.20am on a Thursday, there were no queues, I was out in 10 minutes and spot on three hours later (I booked the 1-3hr option) the result and certificate arrived in my inbox. I wouldn't voluntarily choose to have someone stick a swab in my mouth, but would certainly use these guys again if required...

Surprisingly pleasant experience.. I had an appointment for 7.40 but arrived just after 7am and was seen straight away- no queue. Staff efficient, professional and friendly. I had paid for the express 2-3hr PCR test result, and received it within the timescale. Others who had paid for 12-14hr result got there’s at a similar time to me, but may just be luck. I had to cancel an initial appointment and rearrange. The process for applying for a refund online was straightforward with good communication from Randox, and refund received in my account about 10 days later. Top tip when visiting the waterloo centre - you’re best approaching it from Upper Ground road and turning into Theatre Avenue - much easier than wandering around the subway near the IMAX cinema

I’m thankful that I experienced a great service here and ignored the bad reviews. I was severely stressed but I booked here for pre-departure and day 2 test. Arrived 8am at both times and was there for 5 minutes tops! My pre-departure results arrived early the next morning and my day 2 arrived evening on the same day.
