Cancelled my appointment 30 min before thru voicemail. Zero consideration for the customer. I was obviously already on the way driving down and seriously who listens to voicemail anymore. Fasted the whole night and morning as per requirement. Made arrangements, moved things around so that I can make this appointment only to be told it was cancelled upon arrival with no back up staff available to carry out appointment. What a scam. The first round of tests were done fine but difficult to get anyone to talk thru the results. This round, already money in the bank who cares about the 6 m follow up. Get your act together or I foresee this place shutting down as COVID is over. The health checks should be just as important. Resetting the appointment took forever with receptionist messing around with the computer system and wasting time for something that shouldn't take so long.

I had my PCR test done at Randox Health Kensington at around 7:30 am on 12 April 2023. I was tested by a young male employee with a dark complexion who very rudely poked me in the nose with a cotton swab which caused me a lot of pain and nosebleeds all morning, I had never had so many nosebleeds before. As the result was unclear, I went back for another test and they gave me a new female staff member who was very gentle. I asked the male employee to apologise to me as he hadn't said "sorry" to me since he had hurt me and I felt that this was very rude to me but he refused to apologise and tried to blame me. To this day, he has not apologised and I still have blood in my nose and I suspect damage to the inside of my nose. If I continue to feel unwell, I will go to the hospital and if there is any problem with my nose, I will sue them. Everyone, please don't go to that store to do PCR! 请不要去那家店做核酸！！！！
