    Terrible service. Tried to collect a parcel that had been delivered by hermes. Assistant first could not find parcel, then lied to me saying the parcel had not been delivered even though I had a photo of the shop taking delivery. He kept stopping serving me to serve other customers as they were paying and I was only collecting a parcel. He stopped serving me to serve at least 6 others customers, and then told me to wait for 5 minutes as he had a queue. I have never had such bad service when collecting a parcel. Use another shop, paying customers are more important it seems , if you are collecting a parcel you will be fitted in or have to wait until he has served them. I will never use again.
