What a beautiful peaceful setting! There is a lovely small Chapel, a waiting room, restrooms & an extensive car park. The only downside was a number of dead flowers still left outside.

Small minded, over zealous and heartless management, made a sad occasion unbearable. The actions of the management at my mothers funeral of posting a guard and picking a single person from our party and sending them back to the car park as he thought it exceeded the numbers is petty minded and beastly.Avoid this firm would be my advice. No doubt a pathetic defence of 'he was following orders' will be put up by the management of this inadequate organisation, ironically something my family spent its life ignoring to make a better country. How sad they employ staff with such a lack of imagination and ignore the basic humanity to interpret rules for the benefit of the good people of this parish.Truly disappointing and distressing.Especially as we had checked before hand and were assured that nobody would mind such a minor infraction and even the rector agreed.

I have never had a major problem with Randall's Park until today. My family decided to move my fathers ashes somewhere closer to us, couple of reasons why but never had an issue with them. When approaching them about doing so they gave me advice and the correct paperwork to complete for the process to run as smoothly as possible. I had 1 final thing to do which was provide them with a letter from a family member transferring ownership to myself as I was a teenager at the time of my fathers death and couldn't have the ownership of the plot. I go in to hand deliver the letter today and they ask me "would you like to take his ashes now?" Now I had been told that nothing could move forward without this letter and I wanted to be present with my family at the exhumation. They had exhumed my fathers ashes without telling me. I come in to give a letter so they could then arrange a date for it but they had already done so without mine or my families knowledge! This is disgusting! This is hard enough but to be told out of the blue something this important had happened (and they had clearly not followed their own procedures as they told me they needed the letter I had only given them today and it would take weeks until the exhumation) but I was on my own, no family or friends to support me as I was given my fathers ashes in a plastic bag from under one of the staff members desk(where is the respect in that having him under a desk being kicked...) to take home. I was not mentally prepared for this today and I am honestly scarred from the whole experience. When confronting them about this they openly said they woman who was dealing with this(ironically she's on holiday......sure she is....) had mucked up by not contacting me as there were no notes saying so. Now that I've left I don't think they even told me the day they exhumed him. Something I think you should contact me about ASAP! I have heard terrible things about dignity run places but this is vile! I am now pulled over on the side of the road in tears writing this because they have honestly broken me today. Shame on you Randall's Park! Disgusting!
