Not great to be honest. The building itself is in need of major renovation in parts. The classrooms are very small and cramped for the pupils, for a private schools this is not very good at all. The teaching and support staff are quite old-fashioned in their teaching practice, with most learning sat a desk looking at a whiteboard. The building structure of Ranby House was in serious need of renovation, inside and out with evidence of mould and cracks in some rooms. Resources for the pupils were not the best I've seen for learning. Considering how much the fees are for this private school it was rather disappointing.

As a parent of a pupil in year 6 at Ranby House, I cannot express my gratitude for how the school have adapted so quickly to maintaining the exceptionally high standards of teaching during the COVID 19 lock-down. We are both front line NHS and Social work staff, who simply could not have continued to work as we are, without the incredible teaching support we are receiving Monday to Friday for our daughter. From 08.30 - 3.45 pm our daughter is happy, engaged, learning, having fun and academically progressing. We simply could not ask for more. Thank you so much Ranby House and Worksop College team, you are 'simply the best'
