Positives - Staff is friendly. Negatives Went to wash the car interior on a off day thinking they will give some time to properly clean the car and wont rush but honestly they did rush to clean it off. They dont feel happy to clean things if you point out which was not cleaned properly. There was dust and debris left on the corner of the seats. I didnt check the car properly and my wife found out that cleaning was not done below the seats and there were crisp wrappers left below the car seat. After going on a off day where there was not a single car to wash apart from mine really disappointed by the service. I would rather use my house vacum and clean my car instead from next time. They took £13 for cleaning and £5 extra for wet wash just 1 seat of the car which had some stains. Thats also not the whole seat. Thank god didnt waste my money cleaning from outside. Griendly and efficient staff mean I tend to use this hand car wash above others and will even drive there especially from Margate They always do a good job and the price is reasonable.... Yesterday I took my wife's convertible car.. which was filthy inside and out.... I was the only one there so 2 people washed it and then 3 people did the interior.... in and back out in less than 15 minutes.... Price for a very clean car ..... £20 ... Value in good behaviour tokens ....priceless! Picture shows my Golf in after a long road trip.... in and out ckeabed in 10 minutes

Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Our car needed special attention after suffering from the attention of several loose-bowelled wood pigeons while parked under a tree. It looked hideous, but the professionals didn’t blink, and now it’s sparkling clean. Really really good service.
