This is by far, the best charity shop in ramsgate. I visit on a daily basis, and always find something good at very affordable prices. The shop is clean, airy and always smells good, unlike some. The management and staff are friendly, welcoming and frequently go above and beyond to assist. Im a very happy customer as now i get a 7 day fix of browsing and buying, since they open sundays. Keep up the good work & thankyou.

My son bought a leather sofa and chair from pilgrims hospice ramsgate and its fantastic excellent price and there is not a scratch or mark on it. It looks new . The staff are very friendly in shop and the delivery men are fantastic highly recommend this shop. Thankyou all so much .

Very rude and pathetic staff. We went on a vacation to Ramsgate and visited this place. Instantly liked an old used set of crockery and bought it. We asked the guy to pack it when we could go and have our lunch. We reached back at 3:30 and found the store closed. The next day we called him and he casually said he left early (the actual closing time of the store was 4 and we had specifically asked him to wait till we come back- our point, he could have told us that he will leave early). The next day my husband came back to this place (from London) to get the crockery set (as we had paid) and found the staff again equally irritating and non-helpful. The attitude of manager and staff is very bad considering its a charity store. This is the least you will expect from such a store. I will never step in a Pilgrim Hospices store again (even to donate) and highly recommend people to NOT go there

Rude staff. My father saw a coat that he liked and decided to buy it. He quickly put it on to double check that it fits. The woman rudely said that he can't try it on and it doesn't matter that we are buying it anyways. If it doesn't fit we have 14 days to return it. Neither one of us saw how returning makes any difference than trying instore. Especially since we aren't local to this area.

Sadly after being told the pilgrims hospice charity store in Ramsgate were taking donations we arrived, having travelled some distance and investing time and effort loading the car, to be told very rudely by a gentleman working in store that they wouldn’t accept our donations. Not a wasted journey though as the cat shelter store next door gladly accepted. Left with a very very poor impression hopefully this mans reaction and attitude is not the norm!😢
