I've been with Ramsgate for several years now, and personally I've found them very helpful. All the staff have been polite to me, listened, and adjusted treatment to suit me. There's been several times when my GP has not been very helpful, but the staff at Ramsgate have stepped in and helped. As others have mentioned, the lines can be busy, but I've always managed to get through, and my issue sorted.

The same problem that most people are having getting in touch with Ransgate House. Before Covid it was pretty straight forward but now its a nightmare. All you get is a recorded massage asking you to hold them the line go's dead. There is NO text number and NO email address. RAMSGATE HOUSE needs to be made kicking and screaming into twentieth century. It may take a longtime bringing into the twenty first century.
