    We had the large double with en-suite which had excellent facilities. We stayed 7 nights but had clean bedding, towels twice during our stay. Our dietary requirements were dealt with entirely. The breakfast menu went beyond our expectations and plenty of it. Lots of off street parking. This is where we would stay if we return to the area..

    We recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast. We have stayed in a few over the years but never one that was so clean. Veronica and Peter are excellent hosts making you feel extremely welcome and at home from the moment you walk through the front door. The breakfasts are to die for and also the homemade jams. Unfortunately we had to cut our visit short but Veronica was so helpful in getting ourselves sorted. I can not recommend this bed and breakfast highly enough. And being so close to York on a bus route is a big bonus. We will definitely be back.
