Gareth is polite, a good communicator, highly efficient, and giving good Customer Service clearly matters to him. He provides a high quality service and leaves you with a feelgood factor for having made a very good decision. Trust is a big issue when making 'big' purchases and using someone you don't know. When our old back boiler finally died we chose to have a new full heating system installed. Gareth came round with very good advice, explained different boiler and radiator options. We wanted the boiler fitting in the loft, this was completed within the day to a very high standard and a very reasonable price. A big thank you to the lads. Would recommend to anyone.
