I initially faced some challenges with my experience here. The Total Care promise didn't cover diagnostic tests, which they insisted I get partway through my treatment. This led to a delay in the second half of my surgery, as they held the rest of my treatment until I paid for additional scans out of pocket. The hospital claimed the £4,000 I spent would cover a Total Care plan, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Moreover, my emails were overlooked for a while, but when I contacted the head office, they finally addressed my concerns. Despite these issues, I'm happy to report that they have since booked me in for my treatment, and I'm feeling more optimistic about the situation. I'm hopeful that the rest of my experience will be more positive, and I look forward to sharing my progress as I continue my treatment journey.
