(Translated by Google) I think this "Japanese" restaurant is very overrated. The ramen is very bland, tonight our table and the one next to it were of the same opinion. I also deplore the welcome and the attitude of the waitress. She set us up at a table and asked us to eat quickly (within 1 hour) because we didn't have a reservation. Seeing the time pass, we called back the waitress to order so as not to eat our meal in 5 min, she didn't like it and she refused to continue serving us. Fortunately his colleague who took care of us for the rest of the meal (at the request of his colleague) was very professional. Finally, I deplore the lack of transparency in terms of taxes at the end of the meal. We were applied 10% without asking our agreement for the "service". It was clearly not deserved and when we asked why such a tax, she told us that it was "mandatory", which is totally false!!! To sum up: bad food, deplorable service and lack of transparency on prices. To flee!!!! A fuir!!!!

The food was amaizing, BUT the service from the team was even better. We arrive without a reservation and they very nicely helped into accomodating us, as it was a strange time for them. Ramen was delicious and quite large. We got some entrees and they were also very good! I will be back, next time I am London for sure!

Staff are polite and friendly The food (oxtail ramen and Angus bisket donburi) was very underwhelming Did not enjoy the food at all, overrated and not worth it The ramen was very very nutty, the donburi was very salty. Disappointed

The food and service was incredible! Would highly recommend to anyone in soho. We ordered the dumplings and garlic bread for starters which were a good pairing as you could dip the bread in the cheese suace ( you could do the same with scallops). The wagyu beef donburi was also great although very rich. The dessert was flavourful with the ube ice cream having an interesting flavour

Ramo Ramen is the best place to eat in London if you have a hankering for Japanese fusion dishes. They really do justice to the cuisine and their own innovation. It is halal and offers mocktails but also offer cocktails for those who wanna drink alcohol. TLDR: Great food, great service and atmosphere. Just book ahead of time. Tables also last for 2h but is only enforced if they are busy and need the table.
