The portion of classic miso ramen looked small but I found it flavourful, rich and filling. You can add egg or pork at an extra cost, which is a plus if you don't like egg but a minus if you expect it as standard. The main problem is that everywhere in Mercato Metropolitano is overpriced for what it is, just because it's popular. Nevertheless this kiosk deserves a better rating than what it has.

One of the most blandest ramen I have ever tasted. Literally just plain chicken broth. No spice or flavour. Added for chilli oil or flakes and they don't have it. What ramen place doesn't have condiments you can add? Also had the rice pot thing they do and it was so unseasoned and bland. Didn't even have any salt Had to go back and get a refund. The chef looked at me like I just killed his ancestors.
