I booked my turtle in for a week's board ,turned up on the day of my flight and shop closed! No phone call to tell me! Left me in the worst situation, I rang them, messaged on Facebook, Whatsapp and text and they haven't got the decency to respond, disgusting people, everyone should stay well clear. luckily a reputable shop a couple of doors down helped me out, lynchford aquatics were amazing! Do not use reptasia!! Reptasia have responded saying they left a note on the door with a number to call them, which they did but the number is the shop number I called that and could see the phone ringing in the shop that no one was there to answer!! Plus they Give a mobile number? That I have text, whatsapp and left a voice mail to that they haven't responded to any on, disgusting company and I will make sure I make everyone in Hampshire and Surrey aware of. Do not sue this company

Staff are great, very knowledgeable and helpful, sally went above and beyond over the few visits we had before purchasing a leopard gecko and vivarium, time was spent explaining everything to ourselves and more importantly to us our kids. Not our local shop but worth the drive just for the kindness, helpfulness, professionalism and respect shown to myself partner and kids. Many thanks for the great time and experiance.

Terrible reptile shop, the enclosures are far too small and the animals can barely turn around. Large monitor in a tiny shower cubicle with a pair of tweezers holding the door closed. More staff pets than animals for sale. We walked out empty handed and disappointed after hearing good things about this shop. We also had to pay for parking in so dodgy looking car park.

Jim's Reptile Jungle
Animals on display with no locks on the doors appropriate labels and prices. A large Crocodile Monitor in an exceptionally small enclosure with a pair of tongs keeping the enclosure shut setting a sad and low standards for the reptile Industry. More animals as shop pets than for sale of which all had far to small, inappropriate enclosures for the species including large animals like Rhino Iguanas. How this place holds an animals activities licence is beyond me and the local council should be ashamed of themselves.
