Decided to book this place for the night for a business trip, I wouldn’t recommend here to be honest, it is not the worst hotel but for the price they charge you be better at any premier inn, which I assure you will be a lot better. Lift dirty and sticky floor, asked for an Iron on the night said they don’t have any left ask next day, bear in mind my meeting was at 7.30am. Cutlery tray and as for dirty inside. Paid for breakfast and was advised start 6.30am, went downstairs and chef is rushing around in normal clothes trying to get breakfast ready, and I said I have a meeting at 7.30am, he said be 2 min, by 6.45am no breakfast ready, so I went to reception and kindly asked them to refund me for breakfast as I had a meeting to attend to, which they said ok. Also no coffee ready either at breakfast. I also asked for wake-up call at 6.30am, however they called at 7am, I mean it was a back up plan as I had my phone alarm. I wouldn’t never ever stay here again, maybe if I can’t find a hotel that allows dogs, I would bring my dog here with me, as all I could hear was a dog next door, bless it trying to open the door and barking ☹️. Anyways good luck to the management as they will need to change a lot of stuff, maybe even management and staff who care. You can feel all the staff are not happy working at the hotel or not valued or something in lines of that.

Difficult to get to, had to drive miles out of the way to get there and out to hospital appointment on the following day. On map and on some instructions it says you can get to it other than using Moterway, you cant. Used prebooking online and although i stated both of us had disabilities they stuck us on the 2nd floor, as far away from stairs and the lift if there had been an evacuation we would have been stuck, no one asked if we needed assistance with our luggage. Only positive was you didnt pay for parking. 8 disabled parking spaces, all full and only 2 had a blue badge displayed, including mine. Although hotel was stuck between a moterway and a train line, we faced the road, it was quiet, we could not open the window and the air con kept the room to warm, we watched the temperature go back up even when we lowered, gave up trying. Beds on wheels, so very unstable for disabled people, a child could have moved it. Only 3 sockets, 1 for tv 1 for kettle and no usb, sockets not near the beds. Sorry would not recommend and wont be staying again, ever.

Where do I begin… it was horrific. Firstly, staff were rude. They didn’t clean our room. Rooms were grubby and had stains on the walls bedding and ceiling. Bathroom was mouldy and there was hair on the wall and blood…. 🤢 restaurant was awful. Food was bad. We got served raw fish. Chips were wayyy to salty and there was debris floating in our water. Would never stay there again and I don’t recommend you do.

The nearest Tube Station is a £10 taxi ride away! The location is appalling. For £20 more you could find a Hotel in central London.
